Contribution

| As per the resolutions of the
Executive Council of the Association, the following three new savings
bank accounts have been opened in the State Bank of India, REC Campus
Branch, Rourkela-769008 (Code No: 2109) with a purpose of collecting
fund from interested alumni for various development works of the Alma
Mater in line with IITs and other institutes. |

At present transaction in these are permitted only in Rupees. For Foreign currency transactions, necessary steps are being taken to get permission from Ministry of Home Affairs, Goverment of India. As the association is a officially registered body with a full fledged constitution, all the accounts are required to be audited by a certified Charted Accountant and passed in the Annual General Meeting. All the alumni are earnestly appealed to come forward on their own to send their contributions as much as possible in the form of account payee cheque at the following address and give it a wide circulation among all other alumni. |
